Integrated production data acquisition for plant sections
Complex plants are often supplied as individual plant sections with self-contained control systems. These isolated applications are a particular challenge for integrated automation.
Our PDA system allows us to also acquire and provide data from sub-systems. With the help of our system, we can guarantee a standard operating philosophy, data acquisition, data archiving and data evaluation.
We us our package unit interface for data acquisition from subordinate and self-contained control units. This interface integrated in Plant iT and brewmaxx enables direct process data acquisition via the process control system. Visualisation is realized in parallel via our process control system (PCS) and the local control device. Another benefit is that it is possible to toggle operation from the PCS to the local control device at any time.
