Target:
In this training, the participants learn about the interaction between our process control system and the user programs.
After the training, they are able to independently program simple operations that are controlled with the phase controller.
Prerequisite:
D2/X: Plant iT basic training with phase controller PHC without control reference.
Good knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal.
Contents:
- Differences between programming S7-1500 controller and phase controllers based on S7-400 controllers
- Setting up the communication link between the server and the controller.
- Overview of Global Plant iT System Variables
- Programming the interlocks of basic automation classes.
- Creation of the Unit DB
- Programming simple operations with OCMs
- Controller loading
- Special features when using S7-1500 controllers
