Target:
In this training, the participants learn about the interaction between our process control system and the user programs.
After the training, they are able to independently program simple unit procedures that are controlled with the sequence controller.
Prerequisite:
D1/X:Plant iT basic training with sequences SEQ without control reference.
Good knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal.
Contents:
- Differences between programming of S7-1500 controller and sequences based on S7-400 controllers
- Setting up the communication link between the server and the controller.
- Overview of Plant iT global system variables
- Programming the interlocks of basic automation classes.
- Creation of the sequence supplementary DB
- Programming simple unit procedures with OCMs
- Controller loading
- Special features when using S7-1500 controllers
