ProLeiT Partner Days: Two Days of Exchange That Make a Difference

With 46 participants, 28 partners and representatives from 17 countries, the ProLeiT Partner Days in Herzogenaurach were a resounding success. At the ProLeiT Partner Days in Herzogenaurach, it wasn't just the content that was important, but also the conversations that help us move forward together. 

Partner Days offer more than just presentations and a varied program. It's the honest conversations, open feedback and practical insights that stick with us. That’s exactly what our partner community experienced at the ProLeiT Partner Days: two days that provided clarity about what is already working well and how we can work together to improve.

Why These Days Are So Important 


A partnership, is about more than just a channel; it's a shared path towards achieving successful, scalable projects. That’s why Partner Days weren't about presenting our direction as a one-way street, but rather about achieving a shared understanding. In which areas do our software solutions currently create real value, and in which areas do partners need more support to become even more successful? 

This exchange helps us to prioritize product development, enablement, service models and future collaboration. 


Day 1: Strategy, Growth and Scalable Collaboration 


The first day began in the afternoon with a clear objective: to provide direction and identify growth opportunities together. 

Program highlights:  

  • Opening Keynote: An executive overview of strategic priorities and growth opportunities – with a focus on how we can scale together.
  • New Partner Framework: An in-depth look at the enhanced partner program – designed to strengthen autonomy, profitability, and scalable collaboration.
  • Partner Experiences: Practical insights from successful projects – lessons learned, success factors, and takeaways directly from partners’ day-to-day work.
  • Portfolio Evolution & Roadmap 2026+: Outlook on product strategy, areas of innovation, and upcoming portfolio developments, as well as their relevance to revenue potential.
  • Service & Support Strategy: How we are improving delivery quality, simplifying collaboration, and empowering partners through enablement and scalable support structures. 

The evening took on a more informal tone by design. The networking event and the 'Partner Power Challenge – ProLeiT's 40 Years of Innovation' were all about exchanging ideas, forming new connections and spending time together – often the kind of setting where ideas are born. 


Day 2: Solutions, Practical Applications and the Path to Implementation 


The second day focused on practical solutions, demonstrations and collaborative problem solving. 

Program highlights:  

  • Next Level Solutions: Take a deep dive into new and enhanced solution offerings, such as CIPoptimize and LINEoptimize, and explore the opportunities for differentiation and growth that EcoStruxure Automation Expert provides.
  • Expert Roundtables: Interactive breakout sessions with delivery and industry experts discussing current challenges, sharing insights and co-creating pragmatic approaches for upcoming projects.
  • From Vision to Execution: Clear next steps, commitments and alignment to ensure that strategy translates into measurable growth by 2026.

What we took away 


It was the conversations 'in between' the sessions, that really made an impact: networking chats, new connections, shared laughter – and the sense that, as a community, we're addressing the right issues. 

Our takeaway: We’re leaving these two days with many insights and even more motivation, as well as a clear focus on further strengthening partner success through relevant solutions, improved implementability and scalable collaboration.
