ProLeiT at Hannover Messe 2026: Experience Connected Production Live

From April 20 to 24, 2026, Hannover Messe will once again open its doors, and ProLeiT will be exhibiting together with Schneider Electric. At Hall 13, Stand C34, we will demonstrate how modern, connected production concepts are successfully implemented in practice and how intelligent orchestration creates tangible value for industrial processes.

Trade visitors will gain insights into innovative solutions for batch management, modular process plants, and transparent, efficient production operations, illustrated through real-world application scenarios.

Efficient Batch Management for Modular Process Plants

The Batch Orchestration System (BOS) forms the foundation for flexible, efficient, and scalable operations in modular process plants. Within the context of Bread 4.0, ProLeiT demonstrates how BOS, Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure Automation Expert, and artificial intelligence work seamlessly together to intelligently orchestrate and continuously optimize production processes.

From line coordination and dynamic recipe adjustments to automated documentation, the system enables predictive and adaptive production control. Capabilities such as:

  • forecast-based planning
  • automatic recipe optimization
  • dynamic selection of suitable production units
  • digital simulations

support the early identification of bottlenecks and enable sustainable process improvements. Ongoing production orders can be adjusted flexibly without interrupting production flow. This reduces material losses, increases asset utilization, and supports resource-efficient manufacturing.

Intuitive dashboards provide real-time performance indicators, creating transparency for operational decision-making and enabling efficient cross-team collaboration.

Microbrewery “BrauEule” & Operator Visibility

Even minor irregularities can significantly disrupt production flow in a brewery. With the “BrauEule” microbrewery demo, ProLeiT demonstrates how multiple systems interact seamlessly across the entire process — from brewing to bottling.

Brewing and filling operations are supported by intelligent software solutions that significantly simplify quality assurance, process continuity, and operator transparency:

  • brewmaxx controls the brewing process based on Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure Automation Expert
  • Vision Quality Control ensures precise quality inspection in the filling line
  • EcoCare supports conveyor operations and ensures stable material flow
  • The Alarm Analyst provides valuable insights for process optimization and helps identify potential disturbances at an early stage

The result: greater transparency, increased process stability, and higher production efficiency; even as complexity continues to grow.
