Plant Direct iT / brewmaxx - The Process Control System
Description:
How to Setup Plant iT and install a S7 - 400 PLC.
Starting in 2026, we offer our customers the option to add an extra day to the training, focusing on the specific aspects of the Plant iT setup with S7-1500, M580, or EAE.
This additional day is free of charge. If required, please indicate this option in the comments field of the registration form.
The training will be held remotely via MS Teams.
Participants will be able to access our training system via Apache Guacamole VPN.
Target:
After the training, the participants are able to independently install a Plant iT standard system with one server, one workstation and two S7-400 PLCs using the RFC 1006 Protocol.
Prerequisite:
D1/X: Plant iT basic training with sequences SEQ without PLC reference
Contents:
- Setup of a Plant iT Server as a Plant iT base Master incl. Web interface and SQL Server and Plant iT Archive Server
- Setup of a Plant iT Workstation as a Plant iT base Worker incl. Web interface
- Setup of two Plant iT S7-400 PLCs
- Parametrization of the RFC 1006 Communication Connections between PLC to PLC and PLC to Server
