Description:
The CIP optimization system CIPoptimize is an application which helps improve the efficiency and effectiveness of CIP runs (CIP = “Clean-in-Place”). 
With CIPoptimize, you can carry out analyses based on recorded measured value data for CIP runs that have already been completed. 
CIPoptimize signals deviations and thus permits optimization of the entire CIP process.

The training will be held remotely via MS Teams.
Participants will be able to access our training system via Apache Guacamole VPN.

In this training course, you will learn the necessary steps for the installation, parameterization and operation of CIPOptimize

Content:

Day 1: Engineering

  • Theory: Basics of CIP
  • Basics of CIPoptimize Installation
    • Variants, prerequisites (system requirements)
    • Overview of what is available after installation (show in the test environment with CIPoptimize already installed)
  • Parametrization of OPC-UA Client Station & Certificate Exchange
  • Parametrization of MVA Objects for Line 2 (since Line 1 is already there and functioning)
  • Parametrization of CIPoptimize Configuration (Webportal)

Day 2: Operation

  • Observe 1-2 CIP Runs of the CIP Demo (different CIP recipes and CIP objects)
    • Relate back to the CIP theory from the previous day
  • Evaluation
    • CIPoptimize Viewer during ongoing CIP
    • CIPoptimize Viewer after completion of CIP
    • Structure of the viewer, toolbars, filters, etc.
    • Evaluation of a CIP run (KPIs, graphical recording, comments, lab data, reports)
    • Use-cases with real life data from pilot plant
    • Evaluation of multiple runs: Gantt timeline
    • Synthesis overview
