The Privatbrauerei HÄRKE GmbH & Co. KG in Peine is one of the few German private breweries still in family ownership and has been brewing for more than 100 years in accordance with the Purity Law of 1516.
In the course of the modernization of the brewhouse, it was decided that the automation of the brewing process should be done on the basis of the brewmaxx system family. For this, brewmaxx uses classes and equipment modules specially developed for brewing technology and due to its modular structure, can be upgraded at any time and expanded to cover other areas of the brewing process.
