Cooperation between INDAG and ProLeiT
The plant and machine engineering company INDAG, based in Heidelberg-Eppelheim, has contracted a comprehensive cooperation with the Herzogenaurach-based ProLeiT AG, a specialist in the area of process control engineering. The two companies will now supply customers in the beverage industry with joint solutions. “With ProLeiT AG, we have found a partner who has already established and proven themselves with control engineering products in the beverage industry”, Klaus Lochbühler, Managing Director of INDAG, was pleased to announce as the cooperation contract was signed at the ProLeiT headquarters in Herzogenaurach.
ProLeiT-COO, Manfred Czepl, was also very enthusiastic: “Each company contributing their core competence allows the two partners to meet customers’ requests for optimum and cost-effective solutions, as well as allows for a guaranteed future and investment security. “ INDAG and ProLeiT will closely cooperate in the automation of plants for soft drinks and syrup rooms. The two companies are therefore, in a position to offer customers a combination of the proven Plant iT control technique by ProLeiT along with reliable, state-of-the-art manufacturing plants and machines by INDAG. The first joint projects are already being processed.
Two strong partners
ProLeiT Plant iT is a system platform which allows for the automation of a complete well operation – from truck reception to water house, syrup room, filling plants to stock logistics and energy management. In addition, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) can be integrated.
INDAG develops and installs modern processing plants and machines for the beverage and food industries. Currently, more than 600 INDAG production facilities are in operation worldwide. Numerous well-known mineral water companies in Germany are among INDAG’s customers.
