Business of brewmaxx GmbH & Co. KG new defined

 

ProLeiT AG and Huppmann AG agreed upon a new structure for their joint venture, brewmaxx GmbH & Co. KG. Brewmaxx business is the worldwide distribution of brewmaxx control systems.

ProLeiT takes over Huppmann's 50 % shares of brewmaxx GmbH & Co. KG and thus holds 100 % of brewmaxx' shares.

Independent from this transaction, both parties emphasize that the extremely successful partnership in the area of brewery automation will be continued based on a co-operation contract.
