Schwarzkopf & Henkel Production Europe GmbH & Co. KG, Liepvre/France - Automation of a mixing plant

 

Automation of a mixing plant for the production of shampoos and shower gels (main products "FA" and "Schauma"). Control and visualisation has been realised on the basis of the process control system ProLeiT OS-NT and the batch system Proleit VD-NT. The automation comprises three continous production lines as well as two batch production lines. The storage tanks for the raw material supply and the CIP-module are integrated into the automation solution. Hardware: 10 operator stations and 7 PLCs.
