Rhein-Main-Sieg Getränke Verwaltungs-GmbH, Bendorf/Germany - Operational data acquisition

 

Construction of a plant for the overall operational data acquisition with the ProleiT IDS for acquiring, archiving and evaluating a total of 15,000 process data, including about 550 analog measured values and 1,750 metered values. Data is presented by means of process graphics with aggregate-related fault statistics as well as by measured-value recording and curves. An extensive reporting system with integrated batch and shift relation covers all requirements with regard to production, quality assurance and commissioning.
