ProLeiT automated a blending plant for fruit juices incl. tank farm, CIP, sugar dissolver, HD mixer and pasteurization units at the Egyptian beverage and yoghurt manufacturer Juhayna. The solution was realized on the basis of the batch system Plant Batch iT with integrated materials management. For monitoring the concentrate containers W-LAN-Scanner were used. The plant was put into operation in February 2009.
