WARSTEINER Brauerei Haus Cramer KG, Warstein/Germany - Plant data acquisition

Using Plant Acquis iT, we implemented a plant data acquisition (PDA) facility for the Warsteiner Brauerei Haus Cramer KG, which they required to monitor their new filling plant. The data acquisition and a part of the report creation was carried out - for the first time - in accordance with the recommendations detailed in the standard PDA system specifications from the Weihenstephan Technical University. A feature of the system particularly worth highlighting is the central order entry function with acknowledgement of the order and batch change signals via six locally installed touch-panels, which can also be used to assign idle times and external faults.
