Privatbrauerei A. Rolinck GmbH & Co. KG, Steinfurt/Germany - Modernization of the automation

 

Over a period of 2001 to 2003 ProLeiT modernized Privatbrauerei A. Rolinck GmbH & Co. KG complete automation level of the production.
The existing BRAUMAT control systems for the filtration, brewhouse, wort cooling, fermenting and storage cellar have been replaced progressively by a brewmaxx solution.
Consistent operation is effected with 14 operator stations and 4 Simatic S7-400 controls including connection of the existing central and peripheral S5 I/O-level. Additionally a process data acquisition with brewmaxx Acquis iT with independent PDA server and Simatic S7-400 head station for data acquisition from external controls has been realized. Coupling to the PLS server is effected via Ethernet.
