Delivery of the process control technology for the Cruzcampo greenfield project of HEINEKEN España. Newly designed control center with large-format screens for plant overviews and "exception-based control" operating philosophy.
Consistent automation from the incoming raw materials up to the transfer of the product to the bottling plant based on brewmaxx. Connection of the utilities (steam, CO2, water, electricity etc.) to the centralized process control system with determination of key consumption figures and OLAP reporting. In addition to modules such as the selector for the automatic loading of the fermenting and storage cellars, comprehensive MES functions such as batch administration, performance analysis, tracking and tracing are included in the scope of delivery. The Visu Recorder function for the "playback" of sequences from the past directly on the user interface supports the operating personnel in diagnoses of the entire plant.
For the transfer of quality status information for process releases of the batch and analysis values for production reports, an interface to the laboratory information system and the provision of data for the higher-level SAP system have been realized.
