Feldschlösschen Getränke AG, Rheinfelden/Switzerland - Automation of the fermenting cellar

The Feldschlösschen brewery in Rheinfelden, part of the Carlsberg group, has also decided in favor of the integrated concept offered by brewmaxx for the automation of its fermenting cellar. As some parts of the brewhouse, filtration and the waste water unit have already been automated using brewmaxx with ProLeiT software, this represented the next logical stage in the implementation of a uniform and plant-wide automation solution: The project encompassed the replacement of the existing OTAS systems in the fermenting cellar, and the automation of the whirlpools and bottling tank cellar, including connection to the bottling line. A comprehensive reporting system (production reports) was set up for the fermenting cellar area.

The project was implemented in cooperation with the company, Kundert Engineers, who, in addition to drawing up the complete procedure descriptions for the fermenting cellar automation, also installed a priming solution unit.
