The previous Line Management System for the bottling plant of Eckes Granini GmbH has been replaced by a Plant iT solution. The Plant iT LMS visualizes the different production units, records counters, measured values and messages; and thus supplies all relevant data for calculating the OEE key figures. Additionally , the "Filler Stop Tracker" tool with automatic fault assignment helps to optimize the OEE key figures. This tool is used for the documentation and error tracking of any filling stops that have occured.

A comprehensive and flexible reporting is realized with the Plant iT Report Designer. The Report Designer enables a simple report composing by using drag-and-drop as well well as precise parameterization of reports depending on individual requirements.
