Anadolu Efes Biracılık Ve Malt Sanayii A.Ş., Adana/Turkey - Modernization of the process control

 

By order of the company Nocado-Setec, ProLeiT modernized the complete process control of the cellar area for the brewery Anadolu Efes Biracilik in Adana, Turkey. Thereby the existing system ProLeiT OS 155 for one process section has been replaced by a trans-sectoral operation on the basis of brewmaxx 6.0.
By means of this concept two process levels are controlled - including 16 and 32 CCT, 5 yeast tanks, 4 flotations tanks as well as the CIP-plant unfiltered beer with 2 new Simatic S7-400.
