Automation of a multi-path, multi-product plant for the production of brewer's yeast products. The existing Alfa Laval controller has been replaced by a GMP-conform process control and batch system from the Plant iT system family.
In addition to the control and monitoring of the production processes, the system also handles the order-related recording of process-relevant parameters and characteristic data for a detailed evaluation of the production processes. The batch tracking integrated in the batch system also ensures the complete documentation for all relevant process data and material flows.
