 - Example equipment module
 - Selector for fully-automatic fermentation and storage cellar assignment
|
Equipment modules encapsulate technical functions of various brewing operations. They control complex processes such as the complete raking process in the lauter tun (semi-automatic). Equipment modules offer the possibility to take over technological parameters directly to the equipment, thus providing the greatest possible flexibility and safety.
Equipment modules are application-specific modules that can be offered on request. - Wort cooler
- Water mixer
- Raking machine
- Agitator
- Pressure boiling
- Millstar
- Heating zone
- Route Equipment
- Temperature Equipment
Examples:
"Raking machine" equipment module
This equipment module controls the raking machine in a lauter tun. In normal operation, height positions are automatically approached and the rotational speeds are specified. If required, the brewmaster can manually intervene in the production process and, for example, execute a deep cut.
"Cooling zone" equipment module
The "Cooling zone" module optimally controls the fermentation process. Different fermentation tanks can be operated within a single plant with different numbers of cooling zones and temperature measuring points. With the optimized operator control functions, the brewmaster can select the cooling zones and also assign the temperature sensors for the closed-loop control. - User-independent cellar assignment according to freely definable processes
- A special logic checks the requirements for filling orders and suggests tank positions according to the relevant product
- Automatic request for the cleaning of tanks and pipes
- Notification of blocked lines
