"We help our customers to survive and grow under heavy competitive pressure in dynamic markets." |
|
World wide, the production of consumer goods is exposed to a strong concentration process. The demands on a production plant bearing on profitability, flexibility, safety, constant product quality and product liability are increasing continually. The degree of utilisation of a production plant and a reproducible level of quality are important competitive factors. More and more, product manufacturers are corporate groups and combines with multiple production facilities. In this case the degree of utilisation of the total production capacity is added as a competitive factor to the degree of utilisation of the individual production facilities. To remain competitive here perfect logistics are needed - from the business level (e.g. SAP R/3) through the internal production logistics, the plant control level (e.g. Plant Acquis iT), the process control level (e.g. Plant Direct iT) with technological standards (e.g. Plant Batch iT and Plant Liqu iT) right down to the final individual controlling element. |
These demands cannot be fulfilled by a single product, instead a continual integration process is necessary. From the components and solutions available on the global market, those have to be selected which are best suited to the solution of a specific task. To do this, a system integrator is needed who is continually up to date with the respective new components and solutions on the global market, who can further develop integration solutions to standard solutions, who can fill gaps with own products and above all knows the technology of his target group. This is the only way integration can be solved reliably and completely. With ProLeiT products and solutions we ensure strict cost control, optimum processes and logistics, quality control and zero-fault-philosophy as well as an intelligent network between production processes and business controlling. This way we give a lasting contribution towards more intelligent production in the sense of economy and environmental protection. |
